Our Story

Medtransic was founded by Nasar Haq, who spent more than two decades leading technology and telecommunications companies before turning his focus to one of healthcare's most persistent problems: providers losing revenue and time to broken billing operations. A graduate of The George Washington University School of Business, Nasar previously served as director and chief marketing officer at Nexlinx Networks and held leadership roles at Smartpack and Neotex, with early enterprise-infrastructure experience at MCI WorldCom. The idea behind Medtransic is simple: pair advanced automation and AI-assisted tooling with expert human oversight, integrate cleanly with the systems practices already use, and give every client a dedicated team built on responsiveness and transparency.

How Medtransic Works

We run the revenue cycle end to end so a practice does not have to staff one internally. The model is deliberately simple.

• Priced at 4-8% of collections. There is no flat monthly fee, so we are paid when the practice is paid.
• Month to month. No long-term contract locks a practice in.
• Remote-first, with US-based billing teams. Client support is reachable outside standard office hours.
• A named account manager per practice, rather than a shared queue.

Medtransic is a young company and says so. That is worth stating plainly rather than implying otherwise.

• Our processes were built against current payer rules rather than inherited from a decade of legacy workflow.
• Our published case studies are from 2025 engagements and are presented as anonymized accounts.
• We do not claim client counts, collection rates or turnaround guarantees. On a healthcare billing site those numbers should be verifiable, and ours are not published because we will not invent them.

What We Do Not Do

What a billing company declines to do is often more useful than what it advertises.

• We withdrew charge entry and payment posting as a standalone service. That work belongs inside the whole revenue cycle, not sold separately.
• We do not offer a flat monthly rate. A fixed fee pays the same whether a practice collects or not.
• We are not a fit for a practice that is happy with its in-house biller. If nothing is broken, switching costs more than it returns.
